I had to learn them just like everyone else does. You get thrown into op notes and you type them. I have been doing op notes for years but I still have to look up terminology. That comes with the territory. Instruments change every year. Why should I do all the op notes and other people get easy work they don't have to look up terminology for? Thais is what is wrong with Synernet.. the employees do way too much whining and expect way too much coddling. Toughen up and become a good MT- one that isn't afraid of any work types. Get the job done!
