that MM would allow for a back up plan for when the email system quits working. You'd think someone would use common sense and say "hey go ahead and use personal gmail, yahoo, aol, or whatever other emails are out there to communicate with your team" and whatever happened to the MSN messenger as a way to "keep in touch." With all this "award winning technology" you'd think we actually have award winning technology.
