You have missed the whole point of the rant. - MT Posted: Oct 1st, 2015 - 11:03 am In Reply to: Ops - anon
I am fine with learning something new. No problem. What I don't like is being just thrown into it without any way of still making money while I learn it. How long will it take to adjust to the new doctors and what they say. How many reports will I have to search on a daily basis while working on production to get "used" to the new terms? They don't just send you a few at a time, they send you any that come up. I am now doing about 70% Op notes during my shift. That's 70% training during production time. That's what I don't like. Not doing them. I'm sure "sometime" in the future they will be a blessing in disguise, but right now I have to pay my bills. Do you understand??
