What if this group of Mt's did not do consults, this one did not do DS, on and on. I don't think one can be considered acute care if they do not do ops. Helpful hint: Once you get used to them, the best surgeon dictators pretty much say the same thing over and over, and you can make a lot of lines using expanders. Just my opinion.
