But now I seem to be getting a bunch of previously clear(er anyway) dictators who are muffled and dictating under water, etc.
I wonder if they are mandating certain things be dictated to clear them off the system before they go onto the complete electronic medical record with minimal dictating and point and click, so the docs are just rushing through these.
It's really annoying and I don't like having to send through so many blanks either.
