specialties and doctors all at the same time. No way I can learn this quickly. My check this time will be minimal. They need to go back to hourly pay while training. This is crazy. How do they know people are doing them right? They're not requiring you to pend them to make sure you are. I don't mind learning something new, but to be thrown in the middle of a bunch of terms I don't know and have to constantly look up is just plain crazy. Takes time to find the right procedure with all the same terms they used. Then you get a totally different one the next time and a different doctor. ESLs out the butt. I have never felt so discouraged in a job before in my life as I do now. I dread signing on. How long will they give us to get up to speed? How can I get up to speed with all different stuff to learn all the time?
