I don't understand their thinking, either. What we need to find is a company that has a strict 24-hour TAT with no exceptions, and hires ICs who can work a minimum of 2 hours per day. Do those companies even still exist? Probably not. Because there are other companies out there who have a ridiculous TAT schedule, sometimes at only 1 hour. So, the supposedly IC companies are really looking for an employee that they will call an IC. There are part-time employee jobs that are 4 hours per day. Maybe not many in this industry, however.
