I cannot understand for the life of me why a company would pass up an IC because they cannot give them certain hours. They must realize a lot of MTs have taken a pay cut in the last several years and need a second job to make ends meet. Isn't somebody who can give you 2 hours a day better than nobody at all? And, my gripe for the day is done.........
