I couldn't have said it better myself. I wonder some days how one company has managed to take skilled, dedicated, conscientious people - people who want to show up, do a good job, and simply get paid fairly for doing their jobs - and turned us into depressed, demoralized employees, many of whom are becoming physically ill from the stress. How is it not obvious, on a very basic level, that treating people well and with respect and paying them a fair wage, will get you happy, loyal employees who will be more than willing to give 110% for you. Unfortunately, I do not see any signs that their current culture will change anytime soon. They apparently do not care if we quit; they have 1000 new MLS coming on board in India so I suppose we are disposable to them.
