I just talked to a local technical college about a month ago and the lady said because I already have a Bachelor's degree I do not qualify for traditional financial aid. It may be a state thing...not sure...but when I asked her what other options did I have she did not give me any other options except self-pay, student loans, or a local job task force which covers tuition....but only when you are completely unemployed. So, if I get fired or the company goes under then I might could qualify through them for job re-training, but not until then.... :(
