PTO question - if you want to take PTO is the - rate based on weekly rate

Posted: Sep 29th, 2015 - 11:32 am

Such as we just signed our timesheets yesterday, would it be based on that rate or some other determination?

We used to get an email about what our PTO rate is, but I am presuming that is no longer done since I haven't got one in a while.

I just got a big error so next week's rate is going to be bad, so just wondering if I wanted to take a few hours PTO today (not feeling well) will I get paid the PTO based on this week's good one or next week's bad one, or something else entirely. Forgive my ignorance but I'll be darned if I can figure it out and if the PTO is going to be at the lower rate I will just soldier on.

Thanks if anyone can help.
