I can't believe this new policy, it is so ridiculous that we cannot even come back on and work our scheduled shift is there is work later. I get not wanting us to sign on outside of our shift so we aren't taking away from someone else who is actually scheduled but not being able to sign back in for our scheduled hours is asinine. I keep looking for something else, outside of this crappy failing the MTs industry but cannot find anything.
