All companies should pay their employees a living wage commensurate with inflation. A living wage means food and rent. By not doing this, the company is basically the one emptying the government coffer. If someone who works full-time still needs food stamps, then the company needs to pay back the government. Come on, it's not like Ricci can't afford to do so. It should be criminal, since it's just as immoral as physically stealing if one happens to be poor. Ricci is obviously rich materially but poor morally.
