while ago they use the line count instead because it yields a lower score. Other companies use the error score subtracted from 100 and you get a fairer QA percentage. Nuance's QA management is very outdated. They still use old JC abbreviations and just seem not very caught up to today's transcription world, which is sad because our paychecks end up basically being based off this one QA person's lack of knowledge.
