QA payperoid - MT55

Posted: Sep 26th, 2015 - 1:28 pm

Well, now I'm bummed --  had 3 reports QA'd last week that were 100%, today they QA'd another one and now I am just below the 99% requirement.  It was a very short (about 25) line report.  Must be a better way of figuring QA percentage, my thinking may be crazy here but I don't see why, for example, if an error is the same error on 2 different reports (one long and one short), it should count so much more on the short report -- same error. Sorry, I'm probably not explaining my thoughts correctly -- just think a different method of "grading" the reports would make more sense and be a little more fair but then, what do I know!
