ImedX again - When are they gonna wise up Posted: Sep 26th, 2015 - 10:12 am
I got a notice from my state's tax department, something about failure to report third quarter returns for 2014. It was addressed to IMEX INC at my address.
I am not an IC. iMedx withholds taxes from my paycheck and issues me a 1040, not a 1099.
Has anyone else gotten something like this?
