if I'm close to the end of my shift and the next report is too long to complete in that amount of time, I just find something work related to do for those few minutes and then punch out when I'm up to my required hours. I'm not saying Nuance sanctions this, but no one has ever questioned why I'm not typing for those last few minutes. It's not like they pay us by the hour. They just want to see all their ducks in a row on the time cards.
