They're trying to cull the ranks and quality is not the issue. They want sheep. So anyone who has an ounce worth of self-esteem, they will work you until they pummel that last ounce right out of you.
I share your pain. I've got a doctorate and they tell me I cannot construct a sentence that is grammatically correct.
They do this intentionally and it has nothing to do with quality. It is done to weed out anybody with a brain or any self-worth.
