Actually that might be just what they are trying to stop. They have people scheduled around the clock and when we go into another shift we are shorting that shift on hours, etc.
If that is indeed the way they want it to work I hope they do stop people who are just continuing to go in there and grab when they want. No offense, but I feel like if this doesn't work the next step will be either changing our shifts (again) or possibly a layoff.
