Has anyone been actively shut out somehow of their platform?
I often do the OOW thing just in case there is no work later on, but usually I am able to make up the work later on. I never ask, just go on there and do it.
I find it hard to imagine there will be anything different so I am just going to keep doing that. I guess the objective might be we are not supposed to do so many OOWs because it makes them look bad?
Tough, I have to have that OOW procedure insurance because I don't want to use PTO if there is no work later on PLUS I am just going to go on there when there's work and do it like I always do, so I guess I will have to see if they stop me.
