I'd like to know how it is that, in the 1-1/2 years that we have been under Nuance's grasp, I have gone from a 25+ year MT veteran with a good reputation, 200-400 line/hr, hard working, go-to gal to now being on notice because I end up on the report week to week because I can't get my regular docs or am OOW at least once a week.
Where did that go-to girl go? I don't go the extra mile. I don't even go the extra foot. When I do, I get shot in it by QA. Every time I turn around, something knocks me down. And resume after resume....still nothing.
Can someone please tell me to hang in there because someone is going to pick me up soon, and I can feel like I actually do something right??????
