I got a note last night from someone who must be taking her place. She said there was a lot of work available on a certain low-paying account.
Rather than getting rid of supervisors who actually DO their job, maybe they should work on paying us a little more for working that account, which is full of ESLs who can't dictate for more than 58 seconds at a clip and who we have to stop and look up just about everything they are trying to say.
