You know the dictation is going to be extremely difficult when the dictator states the patient's name at the beginning and it's a simple American-sounding name and the pronunciation of it doesn't even sound anything like what it is. Some ESL dictators, IMO, shouldn't even be allowed to dictate. The same goes for non-ESL dictators who mumble and don't enunciate.
