Not up to MM whenyou take it. Get your paperwork through Cigna now. it takes a while to get it. Then take to doctor immediately to get filled out. Once you get paperwork from Cigna there is a deadline to send it back or voids it. It is for 6 months, so you can get it all taken care of, and when you know the time is right you let them know you are taking FMLA, and not a danged thing they can do about it. Don't know about coming back though or your accts, shift, etc. But family first.
