I've been with TTS for about 3½ years now and they're a pretty good company to work for overall. I have some great leads and supervisors with a couple of decent accounts (with the usual ESL and jerky dictators ~ you won't get away from that no matter what). The only thing that is a negative is the pay scale is not that great (depending on your account) with straight typing at .0766 cpl and ESR is .0321 cpl. So, you've got to keep you nose to the grindstone to make even just a few bucks more than minimum wage.
