Lah-dee-dah, "...move on to another company." As has been posted repeatedly over the past year, EASIER SAID THAN DONE for some of us. If the semi-miserable Nuancers want to vent, LET THEM. If it keeps them from going over the edge while they're locked-in (for whatever reason) as employees of this unfair, whacked-out company, then MORE POWER TO THEM--whatever helps their (and MY!) mental health can't be a bad thing. Your preachy post, on the the other hand, only makes everyone feel lousier. Maybe you yourSELF should move on and stop reading the posts if they don't set well with you...my guess is, the majority of the Nuancers who come to this board are pretty much in agreement as to the sad state of this company and the financial position it's put its MTs in. So again, maybe you should read the Subject line of your post and follow your own advice. No mean-spiritedness intended here, just some free advice...for all the rest of you struggling MTs: VENT ON!!!!
