I'm thinking either they had a bad experience or they are trying to throw me and others off the scent of a decent company. I don't see many listings by them in the archives and coupled with the lack of reasons the poster gave as to why to stay away, I'm going with red herring. I may be grasping at straws, but one has to try to think positive these days! Never know until we try!
