Thoracic vascular surgeon - TLC

I am typing for an M.D. with an African accent. Fortunately, he dictates slowly and, for the most part clearly, but I've hit a snag.  The patient he is dictating on is being treated for lymphoma and on CT scan found an ascending aortic aneurysm. He has twice dictated that the patient had a  what sounds like a "full-op CT scan." Any suggestions???  Thanks in advance.  Tammie
