or something I really want or need and that reminds me I need to keep going for the time being (like new glasses I just bought because I was having trouble seeing). I also treat myself more than normal...like an expensive coffee that I should NOT allow myself, but if it keeps me from quitting today and helps me hang in there, that's okay.
