That's exactly what started happening at one of the past companies I used to work for. One by one the benefits that made the job worth having started being phased out, not saying that is 100% going to happen at Synernet but why take things away from your employees if you want to keep them and have that part of your business grow? Mark my words it's not going to stop with just this.
