if you haven't already, try revamping your resume so it is skill based by taking all the skills needed to do MT, but presenting them in a general way. Try to de-emphasize all the MT work/jobs you've done. I read on here once that automated resume reviews latch onto key words in a resume; and there was a web site that taught you how to write a resume that took advantage of those words to get you noticed. Try doing an internet search about resume writing, key words, etc., to see what you can find.
