There are way too many ESL doctors AND foreign patients (in 75% of my patient names, I can't tell if the patient is male or female) because it is related to the overall immigration problem we have. We have been flooded with immigrants from Mexico, Central America but also H1-B visas to professionals from all over the world. This is only going to increase. It is predicted up to 75% will be doctors from foreign countries encouraged by Obamacare. Our health system is being dismantled and destroyed by this influx.
