I was told when I took this present account the pay would go down because it is a teaching hospital. You have long, long pauses between the dictation BUT you see I don't mind at all. First of all the pay is not what I make to live on and secondly the reports are almost heavenly compared to the other account I had, spelling names of the physicians copies to go to, telling admit, discharge dates, giving the numbers for the MR record and spelling the patient name. I mean really so I am quite pleased with the amount because I don't have to depend on what I make now days.
