If you are asking because you are an MT thinking of going into coding, I would caution you that this company has an almost negligible presence in coding, so you should not look to it for information or make any decisions about coding based on it.
Coding is a well-established field in health information management. There are thousands of coders working for facilities and practices, insurers, HIM staffing companies and other entities, and they work in jobs ranging from coding to clinical documentation improvement to training to data analytics and administration.
If you want to learn coding, there are more reliable ways to do so than an on the job training program, and there is absolutely no need to work for an MTSO to get a coding job. It is worth paying for coding training on your own, and properly trained and certified coders can and do get good jobs elsewhere. I would even go so far as to say that they get them more easily and with better pay elsewhere.
Don't let what one MTSO does color your thinking or guide your planning. It is not necessary.
