I just couldn't take it anymore with the constant nit picking and treating us worse than dirt. The constant lowering of pay and more hoops to jump through and more that we did for "free" and I am an RN and seriously I would challenge some of their corrections and they would never back down even with providing medical reasons and evidence to support my claim. I was too old to be an RN with the heavy physical work involved (I had been in acute care) so I went back to school and have been happily working in a new profession. I have already received 2 raises!! There is life outside of Nuance take hope!
