Same here, Out of work before my shift is 2/3 over. It is weren't for that industry-standard, the almighty TAT, they wouldn't have been so panicky and overhired. Now, we all suffer. Seems to me, the best MT jobs are those with a 24-hour TAT, assigned dictators, and work any hours of the day as long as you put in your required number of hours or lines, with employee status and benefits. Do those MT jobs still exist? Probably not.
