Haven't you figured out that evidently the economy is recovering and nobody wants to do this work for minimum wage or less? (Yes, some MTSOs can get away with paying less than minimum wage by hiring independent contractors, who then have to pay extra taxes on that less-than-minimum wage). At least for a while until they figure out they've been had.
Either advertise what you pay, or quit trying to entice us with such poor pay. Get a clue. You constantly need help? PAY MORE!
