There is an incentive in place for my POD for an added $15/hr, on top of another existing $10 incentive, on top of OT, on top of production ... making the potential at LEAST $30-40/hr. It's unheard of, my POD has never offered an incentive so huge.
BUT ... There's no work.
Along with the "reminder" of the incentive, there is a listing of our accounts with # of jobs available for each ... they are all single-digits.
OK I'm assuming there are dozens of employees taking advantage of this ginormous incentive ... but no work? What am I missing? (scratching head)
I guess it keeps the work cleaned out with very little pay-out? What gives?
