Not everyone is looking over your shoulder everyday. People who do their work and do it in an acceptable way never go through what you are talking about. On my particular account I do not have mostly foreign. Most all places pay the same these days. It is up to the MT if you can cut the mustard so to speak, can you do the work and make enough for the day or not. I think you might fit in the not category. Nothing "happens" all the time in retraining. I have worked there for almost 10 years now and not everyone has the same experience.
