They don't have our approval regarding the stuff we do that we aren't paid for, such as figuring out the names to cc when requested, changing the worktype when the wrong one shows up on header, adding patient info when dictated when the header is missing patient info. Since we only approve the lines, still can sue them in class action lawsuit for the other stuff. Can't wait. Ha, ha, ha.
