Got an email from the quality coach where noone passed the audit on a particular dictator's work. Now, you telling me that ALL the editors are wrong, but apparently there is nothing wrong with the dictator. When are these doctors going to be held accountable for their work? Too much responsibility is put on the editors/transcriptionist when it comes to poor quality work. When noone passes an audit on a particular dictator's work, I just think something is wrong with the dictation--that it is poorly done. Why can't MMODAL go to bat for their employees about poor quality dictation? Am I being unreasonable here? I just think it is so unfair to be saddled with bad dictation most of the time.
