a whole lot of this time, production, hamster wheel crap is a result of some wonderful group of transcriptionists who got it in their mind that they weren't being paid fairly about 10 years ago when they were making $20 an hour instead of $25. They didn't get a quarter hour of OT or something. Now, we are being held to the time standard and, of course, the MTSOs have figured out how to make that to their benefit and not ours.
