Who they had earlier this year? That was the biggest problem. Also there can be difficulty for experienced oncology transcriptionists having to suddenly transcribe verbatim and leave the reports filled with poor grammar, wrong tense, erroneous cancer classifications, etc. This is difficult when you care about the quality of the reports, especially with cancer patients.
