actual percentage but you can figure that from the total lines QC1 reviews show. I did mean that it knocked me down 4 CPL. I went from what should have been 11 CPL to 7 CPL for the week because my QA was 100% but, according to Nuance, my QC% was 14.56% which would have to have been over 1000 lines that I sent to QC last week.
