We were offered our same hourly rate for 6 mos., insurance paid for 6 mos. and after the 6 mos we could decide whether we wanted to stay with N. No work guarantee though. We were told we would stay on our hospital account for the 6 mos and also get a secondary. I have heard so many horror stories this deal is becoming more and more unattractive and unemployment more attractive.
