Mispronounciation aside, a LMSW works in the mental health field under the supervision of a psychiatrist . They are involved more in directing the patient's evaluation and treatment with psychiatrist oversight in the same manner a physician assistant works in a similar capacity under the supervision of a psychiatrist or treating physician. Unless you speech is perfect, I would suggest you be more tolerant of the people who provide you with a job. Just a thought.
