I don't understand why so many on this forum are complaining about the grid pay system. I agree that Nuance pays just about nil, considering that it's not supposed to be extra money in our pockets but money to "make a living" including food and shelter, but I thought Nuance for years have paid nil. I personally am earning more since the grid, but when I came here a couple of years ago I got just 7.5/3.75 line. I imagine you must have been paid a lot more than me, if your pay is 15,000 less. On the contrary, with the grid system, I probably make about 3,000 more a year.
