You may be waiting a long time if you are waiting for a new system. That is the same thing I was told 3-1/2 years ago about my account, that it was transitioning over to a new system. I guess they haven't gotten that new system yet!! She will string you along until you finally give up and quit. You can file for UE if you are not getting work or partial UE if you are not getting enough work for full-time. Please remember to document, document and again document everything she tells you and keep all email correspondence (JMO). At the time she did this to me I filed for UE and got it, but I was lucky enough to find another position very quickly so I did have to use it. Good Luck!!
