the way it worked with me was once a week I was on a call with my supervisor. She would review the metric from the previous week and try to talk about what needed to be done to improve the metrics. It could include assigning any classes to improve, etc. Once on the PAP, you do not get off until the 4 weeks is off, no matter how well you improved during that time. Basically, we skipped my last 2 calls because there was nothing to say, and my metrics were up to where they should be.
