You ask why they keeps hiring more MTs? Well I don't how much this figures into the TOTAL number of new MTs being hired, but I do know that they sometimes make deals when they sign new clients where they agree to give jobs to all of the hospitals' onboarded MTs. I know of a recent case where this happened and HUNDREDS of MTs came with that one deal alone (80-some hospitals). And that's just one deal. N gets the account, the hospitals don't have to pay severance or unemployment, a win for everyone! Except the MTs, of course.
The OP is not whining. You say the MTs should make a case to the higher ups. Any idea how to do that and actually get through? When one can't even get a response from a TSM most of the time?
